Interested in learning more about caring for ponies?
Come and join FFRS Pony Club
FFRS is an approved Pony Club Centre and offers non-ridden, fortnightly fun sessions that cover pony care and the chance to earn badges – like a Brownie group but about ponies!
Any child can join the groups – if they have previous pony care experience join the Pony Club Ponies group, or if your child is new at horse riding but want to learn more, try the Pony Club Foals group.
Sessions cover a wide range of practical hands on activities such as grooming, as well as learning about saddlery, health, field & stable care plus games and quizzes. These sessions will compliment children’s riding lessons and give them more of an all-round understanding of the sport and pony care.
Pony Club Ponies – fortnightly 10.15-11.45 - Saturdays from 31st October
Pony Club Foals – fortnightly 10.15-11.45 - Saturdays from 7th November
